It is incredibly easy to integrate InQ.Social services into any website and get it up and running in minutes. It doesn’t require any additional, developer skills but access to the website files.
With our standard integration, all you have to do is copy and paste a line of code into your website pages. It looks like this:
All website visitors will be given a unique id when they visit your website and interact with InQ.Social widgets. You will be able to manage audiences of customers, complete their profiles and track their interests. The InQ.Social Customer Id will be stored in a cookie you can use that to query InQ.Social API and create a personalized shopping experience for every customer.
InQ.Social Advanced integration provides you with an option to bind each interaction to a specific customer by providing an email address or any other id along with any of our service codes. This way you can easily collect rich meta data on every customer and based on their feedback and interests, reach out via email and social networks to deliver tailored special deals and offers.
This type of integration requires the customer to be logged in on your website and technical knowledge of the platform your website works on.
All you have to do is to add the following code to your web pages where InQ.Social Interactive Widgets, Beacons and Action Links are being used:

Install InQ.Social Interactive Widgets on your website, enable Advanced Integration for logged in customers and pass their email address along with every feedback. InQ.Social will capture their responses and make records of it against the provided email address.
Using Customer Audiences you will be able to build up dynamic audiences of customers who provided an interested in a particular product or service.
- Use these Customer Audiences to create MailMaster email newsletters and reach out the customers with tailored special offers.
- Export these Customer Audiences and use the list of email addresses in Facebook Lookalike audiences to acquire more customers.
